SUPPORTING LEARNING FROM HOME

Remote Learning will only be necessary if a child is at home as a direct result of COVID-19 (e.g having to quarantine following travel, or self-isolating as a result of having a positive reading from a LFD or PCR test).  Firstly, and most importantly, we acknowledge that every family context is different. We know that some of you are able to engage with lots of remote learning whilst for others this is just not possible. The school’s position remains the same: health (mental and physical) and wellbeing are top priority and both are far more important than anything else. If some remote learning can take place under these circumstances that is great but no-one should feel compelled to make it happen or indeed guilty, if (for whatever reason), it cannot happen.

Below are a selection of resources to support you in your child's learning at home. If you require further support, please contact the school office.

LEARNING FROM HOME

If your child has to remain at home as a result of COVID-19, resources will be put onto Google Classroom to continue to support learning. Children will have access to resources relating to the same content as their peers in school. Please let the office know if you need any support in accessing the resources.

Please take time to read our policies below, which outline our approach to remote learning during this time.
