As the Headteacher I feel very lucky to be part of a school where we value each and every member of the community and, with the care and expertise of the staff, we work to ensure that every child achieves their very best.
It is important to me, and to all the staff and governors, that your children have the best opportunity to enjoy and experience their education in a safe, caring and challenging environment.
It is my intention that our children come into school feeling happy, enthusiastic and ready to learn; that they feel supported by our staff and by you to achieve and succeed, and to enjoy their school; and that we continue to be led by our vision for education, which should be seen, felt and experienced in all that we do.
At Rudgwick we provide a nurturing environment in which children are valued as individuals. We aim to provide our children with the best possible education and to develop the whole child by preparing and equipping them for the ever changing world in which we live. I hope that every child and family who attends will enjoy being part of it.
